Terminal emulator on mac10/27/2022 ![]() ![]() This is performed under the Terminal menu, within Settings > Line Settings. My session to the Ubiquiti USG was 115200,8,N,1. If at first you don't get any useful information on the screen, then you probably have to alter your Baud Rate, Data Bits, Parity, and/or Stop Bits. Selecting it and clicking Open will bring you to your new serial connection talking to your Console: However, if you run Serial with a Keyspan 19HS plugged into your USB Port, it just appears! When you first run Serial it puts up a dialog box asking you which serial port to attach to, if you don't have a serial adapter plugged in, then you'll probably only see a Bluetooth I/O port: #TERMINAL EMULATOR ON MAC INSTALL#The beauty of the this app is that you don't need to install any serial drivers, it just works. Installation, like most Mac applications, is by just downloading and placing the application in your Applications folder.
